Mikey’s State: Stoned
From Walmart.
Upon the first bite I taste the incredibly sweet caramel cheesecake ice cream base. The cheesecake chunk, and ice cream base together, followed by a scoop of the chocolate cookie became my ideal order of scoopage.
The cheesecake is in dense chunks tough to spoon through but so worth it. They can be uninvitingly large at times. It goes really well with the extremely sweet caramel ice cream base. Two sweets with entirely different textures.
There were times when I was getting too many cheesecake chunks right after a huge amount of the caramel cheesecake ice cream. It goes together well, but is straight up sweeeeeet! The chocolate cookie with it’s different texture and darker, bolder flavor comes to the rescue to balance everything out.
This pint has everything. A playful assortment of textures and flavors with extreme moments that can seem overbearing but are enjoyable to balance out using your skill with a spoon.
I really enjoyed this pint. 8.5/10, would recommend.
